Taking to the floor with the wheel to the sky, i loosen my tie.........

So, Friday night the Blonde and I headed out on our own to sample the delights of 'Ladies Night' a concept that could only happen here!!! In a nutshell, every bar/club provides the ladies with FREE drinks - disaster!!! We did, at the start of the evening look like ladies!!!! however, 3 free cosmopolitans at the first bar and I was already seeing double!! Feeling like we were staring as the lead roles in a bad remake of Gulliver's Travels we decide to leave the land of the vertically challenged and try a club that offers free champagne all night!! (and a good vintage at that!) Much dancing and torturing of the little people ensued until we both could no longer stand!! we finally left the club looking more like night walkers!!

We all spent a day at the beach today, really lovely and not too hot! Ramadan is over and it was a public holiday today. I'm painting the most difficult canvas at the moment and have nearly given up!! Going to try one more time tomorrow! xx

Get back on track, pick me up some bottles of booze......

I got Punk'd today by a lil' monkey!! Made me laugh, but boy revenge will be sweet!!! I finished the painting!!!!!! Nothing much else going down in this town tonight, 'Ramadan Kareem' an' all that! No more horror movies though!! Looks like a night of glamourisation is required xx

The Blonde cooked dinner tonight (Yep she cooks too!) and then we watched a horror movie!!!! Any need? I know!!! However, seeing a 6 ft Brazilian hiding behind the sofa was priceless! I think I need to rename him 'Mastercard'. So, we finish the movie and the Brazilian decides to go into the front room (the one the spirit is occupying) and no word of a lie, he switches the light on and...........the power blows!!!!!! ARGGGH!!! I had to peel him of the ceiling!!! The area has now been forensically cleaned and a 'Do not disturb' sign hangs from the door - We have entered the Twilight Zone.................xx
